My Disappointment

The hype. The advertisements. The manufacturer's guarantee. The high recommendations.  The buyer's high reviews.  The sale (that never happens!!).  I thought for sure I was making the right decision.  But oh, the disappointment.  Are my expectations too high?  I was ready to be blown away and I wasn't even phased.  In fact I was totally let down.  The bulk, the weight, the LACK OF SUCTION.  Could it be possible that this one that retails for $400 is worse than my $50 purchase I made over 3 years ago?  I don't know.  Should I give it another chance or take it back?  Am I being too hard on the poor thing?  I'm still trying to figure out if the benefits outweigh the negatives.

If it sucks in the wrong way, take it back!

I have the dyson slim and I LOVE it!!! It is much lighter and it has been awesome going on 3 years. When it dies, I plan on getting another dyson slim. The bigger dysons are to heavy to lug up and down the stairs. I am so sorry to hear you don't like yours. I hope it gets better, but if it doesn't; get you money back girl!!!

I would take it back, my parents bought the exact same dyson and my Mom gets irritated every time she uses it for the same reasons and regrets doubting herself when she kept it. Good luck!

My theory..... If you don't love it take it back. Life's too short. Find something you really love. Do what's best for you! Love ya!
