3 Months

Alayna, who is 3 months old, LOVES to smile and smiles all the time now. We love it when she gives us her toothless grins. She is really GOOD at holding up her head and isn't as wobbly as before. She ENJOYS bath time more than her older siblings...ever! She splashes like crazy and gets us all wet. Alayna gets EXCITED at diaper changes because she loves to be naked. She gets her EXERCISE by kick-punching (as we like to call it) her legs and arms whenever she gets the chance. She HATES her car seat for the first 5 minutes but inevitably will fall asleep as soon as we're driving down the street...that is if her brother and sister whom she's smashed between leaves her alone! Alayna ADORES Dallin and Kenzie. She LIGHTS UP every time they come near her with smiles and coos. We all love to hear her TALK and say Oh, Ooo, Hi (or at least it sounds like it), and Mmmm. She's a really good EATER and is growing and developing just great. And this is the coolest thing about Alayna, she almost PREFERS to be put to bed awake and cry herself to sleep without having to be rocked! Ah yeah!! She's such a COOL baby and so much HAPPIER than she was the first 8 or 10 weeks of her life! We LOVE our little Layna!
