Charlie got me this brownie pan for Christmas last year and I love it! It resolves the problem of crumbly brownies and weird shaped ones after cutting. I'll admit we eat a few more brownies than we did before. It's just so much fun! If you don't have one of these pans, you'll just have to go out and purchase one!

You know how they say you can use applesauce in place of vegetable oil in recipes? Yeah, don't use it in brownies...yuck! However, the kids didn't seem to care/notice.

I've seen these many times. Good to know you have such a good endorsement for it! It will most likely wait until we have a big kitchen again though!
