Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is in Colorado Springs. We met up with Ellen, Gavin, and Grandma for a fun day at the zoo. Kenzie wasn't feeling too good but still managed to have an enjoyable time. She said her favorite animal to see was the horses (no surprise!). Dallin had a great time climbing on everything, reading all the signs, and his favorite animal was the monkeys who were so entertaining swinging and chasing each other. They really put on a show for us. It was fun to see some larger animals that we don't have at our zoo here in Pueblo. The weather was great once the wind died down after lunch and since it was still early in the year, it wasn't even very busy. What a fun day!

That was a great day! Thanks for the pictures!! And it sounds like the kids are getting the hang of soccer, can't wait to see it this week!
