Swimming Lessons

The kids are taking swimming lessons at the high school and they are loving it!  It's been such a positive experience for them and I'm so glad they are enjoying it.  Neither of them are very confident in the water but on their first lesson they were holding their breath and going under the water!  It was great.  Sam, their teacher, has been great with them and pushes them to do things they aren't always comfortable doing like going out into the deep end.  She got Dallin to tread water out in the deep end even though he was pretty panicked he still did it!  Kenzie is still working on jumping into the water in the deep end but she's getting better.  They both love to do bobs and blow bubbles.
