It didn't feel like Halloween at all this year. Possibly because something MAJOR was going on in our house ON Halloween. We closed on our house in Pueblo in the morning, packed up the entire house and cleaned, then drove up to Castle Rock to close on our new house that afternoon. It was a majorly busy day as well as the days leading up to it. But...good thing I have an AMAZING mom who sewed Dallin's costume and I already had Lulu's costume from Kenzie and I made/bought Kenzie's costume well in advance so we were covered in that department.
They went trick-or-treating with Gavin and Millie. The report was that Lulu lasted about two houses and then wanted to go back home. She had a lot of fun passing out candy with Grandma. Dallin actually wanted to quit before Kenzie but they pressed on and got more loot. Sounds like it was a successful Halloween.
