The kids wore hats of different animals and they did arm movements and stomps that went along with the words to the songs. It was really cute.

Rumpus in the Rainforest
Dallin's 2nd-grade musical performance took place today. They learned 10 songs that told a story about a frog who longs to see the sky. Since he lives on the floor of the rainforest all the trees block his view from the sky. He asks various animals to take him to the top but the only one that can is the toucan but his wing is broken. Then they sing a song about how the rainforest is a pharmacy (which I thought was so cool and wished Charlie could have been there) where they use herbs to make a tea that heals his wing and finally he gets to the top of the trees.
The kids wore hats of different animals and they did arm movements and stomps that went along with the words to the songs. It was really cute.
