Halloween

It was pretty interesting how the kids came to pick their costumes this year.  Dallin knew right off the bat that he wanted to be Captain America...ok, done!  Alayna went back and forth between a cowboy and Batman.  Then she decided she really wanted to be Batman.  I took her to the store to get a Batman costume but all of them were either too small or too big.  So we went back to plan B and she agreed to be a cowboy, not a cowgirl.  I tried to get her to pick out a pink hat and boots but nope, she wanted to be a boy!  So we got her brown boots (with a hint of pink stitching) and she used Dallin's Woody costume for the rest.  And then there was little miss undecided.  Kenzie couldn't make up her mind on what she wanted to be.  So the conservative side of me came out and asked her if she just wanted to be what she was last year.  She agreed and there you have it!  Cowboy Lulu, Pretty Witch Kenzie, and Captain America Dallin.
