Desk Transformation

I found this desk at the local thrift store and saw some potential in it.  With a little bit (OK maybe a lot) of elbow grease I was able to sand it down, prime it, paint it, and replaced the hardware all for about $30.  I'm sure we'll get many years of use out of it.  Now I just need to find a snazy chair to go with it.

Good JOB! I love the simplicity and character of it! I NEED a new furniture project SOOO badly! I keep telling Ryan that I cannot wait to get into a home so that I can have more places for my furniture thrift finds! Condos are just too small for my ever craving appetite of transformation! Way to thrift sis!
