The Smell of Rain

We've been working our tails off putting up our fence. The kids have been really patient with us as we have been so consumed in the project.
It started raining the other day as we were working. It was a light sprinkle with the sun shining the whole time. I love those kinds of rain. It smells so good and stays warm. We were able to enjoy it from our back patio while the kids wanted to be among the rain.
We are so excited for springtime. We just hope mother nature decides to let the warmer weather stay!
