Siblings

The kids have been so loving and helpful with little Alayna.  I never thought they would be so understanding and patient with me and with her.  There hasn't been any resentment or jealously.  I'm so thankful for that.  Kenzie especially has to know where Alayna is at all times and when she's sleeping she'll go and check on her periodically, sometimes waking her up on purpose!  I'll ask her why she woke her up and she says something like I just checked on her and she opened her eyes!  The other day "just checking on her" included yelling, Alayna why are you still sleeping, right in her face.  Yeah, "just checking on her", right?  And they both have gotten used to her crying.  I was a little nervous at first that they would get upset with the screaming and crying but they both try to console her and try to make her happy.  Going from two to three hasn't been too bad of a transition so far.  We'll see once she gets a little older and isn't sleeping most of the day anymore!
