This is my second attempt at gardening. Last year was a big flop, this year is only a semi-flop. I was able to pick my very first tomato yesterday. It was nice and ripe and bright red. When I cut into it it smelled so good. I was so excited to taste it. I cut it up and added it to my fajita salad. Believe me it was delicious! I'm still holding out hope for a few of my corn stalks to produce some corn, my strawberries are finally starting to grow berries but my peppers are still just leaves. I'm still determined to keep trying though!

Way to go! My garden was a flop last year too. This year looks little better but with the crazy weather out here we're getting a late start.
