This time it was ALIVE!
We're sitting at the table eating breakfast when Kenzie points to the window and says, I think there's a big black spider outside! Charlie turns around and was like, YEAH, that's a BIG black spider, that's a TARANTULA!! Right there on the side of our house.
After I snapped a picture of it, Charlie got out the bug spray and sprayed it until it fell off the house and then he smashed it with his golf club, grinding it down into the rocks. Then he took it over to the driveway and ran over it with the car, just to make sure!!
I'm thinking it's time to get sprayed for spiders from the professionals. Can you even image one of those things INSIDE the house? Gives me the creeps.

I realize that by posting this I've lost all hope of Carmen ever coming to visit me again.

At least it is not a snake. Most people have posted pictures about the snakes that come into their yards. YUCK! That is what creeps me out. LOL
